Position Overview: Manage maintenance operations across 7 elevator locations in central Wisconsin

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive equipment maintenance
• Elevator machinery upkeep
• Welding and repair work
• Automotive and skid steer maintenance
• Ensure operational efficiency across multiple sites

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years maintenance experience in agricultural/elevator settings
• Strong mechanical and welding skills
• Ability to travel between multiple locations
• Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting expertise

Compensation:

• $22-$27 hourly
• Overtime available
• Comprehensive benefits package

Schedule:

• 7AM-4PM, Monday-Friday
• Flexible weekend coverage during harvest season
