Operations Supervisor – Grain Elevator

Gpac has partnered with a highly respected Co-op in Northern Illinois, and they are urgently seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee multiple grain elevator locations. This role offers tremendous growth potential, with the chance to move into a Location Manager position in the next year and even further to a General Manager role in a few years!
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee operations at multiple grain elevator locations (10-12MM BU annually)
- Supervise staff and lead on-the-job training
- Ensure safety, quality control, and maintenance protocols are followed
- Manage truck dispatch and coordinate loading / unloading of trucks and rail cars
- Travel between locations as needed using a company vehicle
