Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day activities of grain elevators, including safe and efficient operation of equipment, facilities, and personnel.
- Supervise a team of grain workers, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations while maintaining a positive work environment.
- Oversee grain storage, loading, and unloading procedures, ensuring accurate grain identification, quality control, and inventory management.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as a Grain Superintendent
- Demonstrated knowledge of grain handling, storage, and marketing practices.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in successfully managing and motivating a team.
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and ability to enforce safety protocols.
- Proficiency in using grain handling equipment, computerized systems, and software.
