Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Health Services Administrator to oversee and manage healthcare operations , ensuring compliance, high-quality care, and smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in skilled nursing or senior care, and a commitment to resident well-being .
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of health services, including skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care .
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations , including Title 22 and CMS guidelines.
- Lead and manage nursing staff and healthcare teams , ensuring top-tier resident care.
- Develop and implement healthcare policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs .
- Monitor resident health outcomes , ensuring a high standard of care and service .
- Manage staffing levels, recruitment, and training programs for healthcare teams.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies .
