This is an opportunity to work on top-tier construction equipment from brands like John Deere, Caterpillar, Hitachi, Komatsu, JCB, and more while providing expert diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs in the field.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on heavy construction equipment
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on fuels, fluids, lubrication, and industrial hydraulic, electrical, air, and water systems
- Conduct inspections and document service records
- Ensure compliance with all company and industry regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service while working on-site at client locations
- Five or more years of experience servicing and maintaining heavy construction equipment
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills for diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Must be a team player with strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus but not required)
- $34 - $36 per hour, plus $500 monthly efficiency bonus
