A reputable real estate company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources for employees working across multiple states. This position plays a critical role in supporting a dynamic, multi-state team while ensuring compliance with union policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage HR operations for 120-130 remote employees across various properties.
- Ensure compliance with state-specific HR regulations and labor laws across multiple states.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to property management needs.
- Provide guidance on union-related matters and handle union employee relations.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee concerns, manage performance issues, and develop workforce solutions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure legal compliance.
