Position Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This role requires technical expertise, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to lead and mentor an Apprentice Installer.
Key Responsibilities :
- Install HVAC systems in new construction and replacement settings with precision.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Guide and mentor HVAC Apprentice Installers, ensuring proper installation techniques.
- Complete all required paperwork thoroughly and accurately.
