Job Posting : Real Estate Attorney (Full-Time / In-Office)
We are a growing real estate investment firm seeking a mid-level Real Estate Attorney with experience in commercial real estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases, with strong familiarity in LLC operating agreements, joint venture structuring, and documentation. Large law firm experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Draft and negotiate commercial lease documents (agreements, renewals, subordination agreements, etc.)
- Analyze complex legal and operational issues, and develop effective resolutions for tenant matters
- Provide legal advice on property management, lease renewals, assignments, subleases, etc.
- Organize real estate acquisitions and sales, manage closing checklists
- Review title commitments, surveys, and zoning reports
- Facilitate communications between transaction parties and counsel
- Manage tenant litigation with outside counsel
- Ensure adherence to transaction deadlines and document management
