Company Overview : We are a leading manufacturer specializing in precision-engineered components. We are looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team and ensure our manufacturing systems operate at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Install and Maintain Electrical Systems : Perform the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, including motors, drives, and high-voltage equipment critical to manufacturing operations.
- Control Systems Management : Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems to ensure smooth operation of automated machinery.
- Wiring and Component Assembly : Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to assemble and connect electrical systems and components accurately.
- Equipment Diagnostics : Use advanced diagnostic tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and thermal imaging devices to identify and resolve electrical malfunctions.
- Motor and Drive Systems : Install and repair AC / DC motors, VFDs, and servo systems, ensuring optimal performance in precision manufacturing equipment.
- Energy Efficiency Initiatives : Evaluate and implement strategies to reduce electrical consumption and improve system efficiency without compromising quality or productivity.
- Compliance and Safety : Ensure all installations and repairs comply with National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA regulations, and aerospace industry standards.
- Preventive Maintenance Programs : Develop and perform scheduled maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Emergency Repairs : Respond to urgent breakdowns to restore functionality quickly, minimizing production delays.
- Collaboration : Partner with mechanical, engineering, and production teams to support the installation and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades.
