Inside Sales Rep - Cabinetry & Millwork
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Rep to join our growing team. As the Inside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. You will utilize your building materials knowledge to effectively communicate and demonstrate the value of our client's products to customers.

Responsibilities for the Inside Sales Rep :
- Conduct outbound cold calls to home builders and contractors to introduce cabinetry products, build relationships, and generate sales opportunities.
- Provide expert product knowledge and guidance, addressing customer inquiries and offering tailored solutions to meet specific project needs.
- Follow up on leads and build a robust sales pipeline, tracking all interactions and progress using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment of products with customer specifications.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing customer relationships.
