This role plays a crucial part in documenting and reporting on fire safety inspections to ensure our clients’ safety systems are compliant and functioning effectively.
Job Description :
As an Inspection Report Agent, you will be responsible for reviewing, organizing, and preparing detailed inspection reports following fire safety system evaluations. Your role will involve working closely with field technicians and project managers to ensure that inspection results are accurately documented and delivered in a timely manner. You will ensure that all reports are compliant with local regulations and fire safety standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Inspection Report Documentation :
Review field technician inspection notes and data to create comprehensive, accurate inspection reports.
- Ensure all reports are completed on time and adhere to company and regulatory standards.
- Document inspection findings, including system status, identified issues, and recommended actions for repairs or improvements.
- Create detailed and easy-to-read reports for clients, including relevant compliance information.
Data Management and Organization :
Maintain and organize all inspection data and records, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
Collaboration with Field Technicians :
Communicate regularly with field technicians to clarify findings, verify details, and ensure accuracy in inspection reports.
Client Communication :
Assist in communicating with clients to address any questions regarding inspection results.
Regulatory Compliance :
Ensure all inspection reports comply with local, state, and federal fire safety regulations.
