Who You Are
- A results-oriented salesperson with a relentless drive to succeed
- Charismatic and engaging, with a natural ability to connect with others
- A relationship-building expert who thrives on establishing strong client connections
- Utilize CRM tools, cold calling, emails, and diverse channels to uncover new sales opportunities
- Schedule meetings or calls with potential clients to present our offerings
- Oversee the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals
- Build and maintain a robust portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Insurance Carriers to deliver exceptional service
- Embrace a hybrid work schedule, balancing both remote and onsite responsibilities
- A minimum of 1 year in a sales role with a demonstrated ability to convert prospects into loyal customers
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and maintaining a goal-oriented approach
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
- Comfortable with cold calling, conducting research, and generating new leads
