The ideal candidate will have strong legal research and writing skills, experience in litigation, and a passion for delivering superior legal services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent insurance carriers and their policyholders in defense litigation, including personal injury, property damage, and liability cases.
- Conduct legal research, draft motions, and pleadings.
- Take and defend depositions, prepare for trials, and manage caseloads.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients.
- Negotiate settlements and attend mediation when necessary.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff in case preparation and strategy.
