Qualifications
- Ability to research, analyze, evaluate, and interpret complex data
- Possess an enthusiastic positive approach and a team player mentality
- 1 years of experience in Insurance Defense to include: incurance coverage, general liability, torts, med mal, wrongful death, catastrophic injury
- Ability to litgate cases from inception to completion
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
- JD from an accredited Law School
- License to practice and in good standing with the state bar
- License in both Oregon and Washington is a plus.
