My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join it's NY office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, excellent research and writing skills, and a deep understanding of the legal process.

Responsibilities
- Experience handling cases related to labor law, personal injury, general liability, and construction defect.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to prepare and present cases effectively.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
- Provide counsel to clients on legal matters and guide them through the litigation process.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as needed.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with colleagues and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in the state with 3 years of civil litigation experience.
- Licensed to practice in NY.
