We are a well-established law firm in California, specializing in litigation and insurance defense matters. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Defense Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join our Practice Group.
Responsibilities :
- Independently manage a caseload involving insurance defense litigation.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance representatives.
- Develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice to clients.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff as needed.
