Key Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of insurance defense cases, including claims related to general liability, premises liability, and personal injury.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions.
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Develop and execute case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
- 3-7 years of experience in insurance defense or related litigation.
- Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.
