What You’ll Do :
Use CRM tools, cold calling, emails, and other outreach methods to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.Meet with prospective clients to present tailored insurance solutions and build strong, lasting business relationships.Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, while ensuring customer satisfaction.Grow and nurture a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their evolving needs are consistently met.Collaborate with Account Managers and insurance carriers to deliver outstanding service and solutions to clients.Take advantage of ongoing training opportunities to further expand your knowledge and skills in the insurance industry.
Qualifications :
At least 1 year of sales experience, with a track record of converting prospects into loyal clients.Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, and using technology to streamline your sales efforts.A passion for learning, personal growth, and furthering your expertise in the insurance field.
