This is a position that requires a diplomatic, professional, and confident demeanor. An ability to pay attention to detail is important. This employee will literally be checking all aspects of the bankevery corner, to make sure all remains "bright and shiny" and that all departments and individuals hold to the highest standards of bank policy, which has made this bank successful for many generations. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Pre-law, Public Administration, or similar is desired. An internship in a financial institution or a previous banking experience especially in audit is helpful.
