Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee design teams to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Draft and review architectural drawings for residential production housing.
- Maintain consistent quality across production sets while managing multiple project timelines.
- Utilize AutoCAD to create and update drawings, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Troubleshoot and solve any AutoCAD software issues, including setting up templates across offices.
- Handle project documentation, revisions, and maintain project records.
- Minimum of a 2-year design degree
- 5 years minimum experience in residential production housing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2013 or later
- Ability to solve AutoCAD software issues and set up templates across multiple offices (preferred)
- Strong drafting skills are essential for this position
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
