Key Responsibilities :
- The Junior Property Manager will assist with overseeing the management of an assigned portfolio of multifamily and condo units.
- Assist senior property managers, marketing, and admin teams.
- Monitor conditions of buildings through regular site visits ensuring that all buildings are kept clean, safe, and in compliance with regulatory codes.
- Track repair requests ensuring timely completion.
- Assist with reviews and analysis of operating budgets, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for assigned properties.
- Oversee preparation for physical reviews from owners, investors, partners, and lenders, ensuring that all follow up requests are addressed in a timely manner.
- Assist with oversight of 3rd party vendors and construction contractors.
