We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with 4-8 years of experience in areas such as labor & employment, commercial litigation, higher education & Title IX, or class actions. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills, and a proven track record in courtroom experience, depositions, and legal research. Experience conducting internal investigations is a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in litigation across county, state, and federal courts.
- Participate in depositions, oral arguments, and other courtroom proceedings.
- Manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Draft legal documents and conduct legal research.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
