Position : Labor / Operator
Pay Rate : $20-$30 per hour (Based on experience)
Hours : Full-time, 40-44 hours per week
Overview : We are seeking a motivated and quick-learning Labor / Operator to join our client's team in the greater Summerville, SC area.

Responsibilities :
- Operate a variety of machines including skid steers and small dozers.
- Work efficiently with inspectors and manage erosion control.
- Perform utility repairs and other small project tasks.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project success.
Qualifications :
- Entry-level with a quick learning ability.
- Experience operating construction machinery such as skid steers and small dozers.
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and procedures.
- Strong communication skills and professionalism when interacting with inspectors and team members.
- Local to the greater Summerville, SC area.
