In this role as a Professional Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for writing descriptions of boundary surveys for various purposes, including legal documentation, construction documentation, and calculations. You will also need to have experience in both office and field settings, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare written descriptions of boundary surveys for use in legal and construction documentation
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure accurate construction calculations and documentation
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the surveying process from start to finish
- Familiarity with field instrumentation and technical software such as AutoCAD Civil3D is required
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of related experience in Surveying
- Background in Residential and Commercial projects preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
