A top restoration company is looking for a Large Loss Estimator. They need someone who is skilled with selling and writing both residential and commercial losses.
The ideal candidate will have a Reconstructionm Mitigation / Restoration background. Must have experience writing Xactimate estimates.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Solid restoration knowledge and reconstruction experience
- Experience writing estimates using Xactimate software
- Excellent presentation and written / verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional customer communication and service skills
- Ability to sell and present contracts to the client and close deals
- Knowledge of the property / insurance industry
- Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
