Key Responsibilities :
- Administrative Support : Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing legal correspondence.
- Document Management : Assist with the preparation, editing, and formatting of legal documents, briefs, pleadings, and discovery materials. Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Client Communication : Act as the point of contact for clients, answering s, scheduling consultations, and managing incoming communications.
- Case Management : Assist in case preparation by organizing documents, managing deadlines, and conducting research as needed.
- Court Filings Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure timely filing of legal documents in state and federal courts, both electronically and physically.
- Billing Support : Assist with preparing billing statements, tracking billable hours, and following up on payments.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records in case management software, ensure confidentiality, and adhere to firm policies regarding file storage and security.
