Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Assist in trial preparation, including the compilation of exhibits and trial notebooks.
- Communicate with clients, courts, and other legal professionals in a professional manner.
- Conduct legal research as needed to support case preparation.
