Overview :
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experience Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing team in Wisconsin. This position provides clinical services to individuals, families, and groups dealing with mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and life transitions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in evidence-based therapeutic interventions, case management, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
- Support clients with mental health conditions, substance use disorders, grief, trauma, relationship issues, and other life stressors.
- Coordinate care with psychiatrists, psychologists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic treatment.
- Assist clients with accessing community resources, including housing, employment support, financial assistance, and social services.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Participate in case consultations, supervision, and continuing education to enhance professional growth.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices outlined by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and Wisconsin licensing board.
