About : We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Licensed Psychologist to join our thriving practice in Marshalltown, Iowa. This role involves providing comprehensive psychological services to children and adults, including assessments, evaluations, and follow-up care. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing a team of mental health professionals, ensuring high-quality care delivery, and contributing to the growth of the practice. Responsibilities Clinical Services : Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a range of mental health issues. Management : Supervise and mentor clinical and administrative staff to maintain a collaborative and efficient work environment. Lead team meetings to discuss client progress and address operational matters. Partnership : Collaborate with the retiring psychologist to ensure a smooth transition of clients and administrative responsibilities. Engage in practice development activities, including community outreach and networking. Administrative : Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations. Participate in the development and review of practice policies and procedures. Assist in budget management and strategic planning initiatives. Qualifications Education : Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution. Licensure : Active and unrestricted license to practice as a psychologist in Iowa. Experience : Minimum of 2 years providing psychological services to children and adults. Experience in psychological assessments and report writing is required. Prior experience in staff management or leadership roles is strongly preferred.
