Salary : $115,000–$130,000 annually
Partnership Opportunity : Partnership track available with transition to ownership due to the planned retirement of psychologist at end of 2025.

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Licensed Psychologist to join our thriving practice in Marshalltown, Iowa. This role involves providing comprehensive psychological services to children and adults, including assessments, evaluations, and follow-up care. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing a team of mental health professionals, ensuring high-quality care delivery, and contributing to the growth of the practice.
Responsibilities
Clinical Services :
Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a range of mental health issues.
Management :
Supervise and mentor clinical and administrative staff to maintain a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Partnership :
Collaborate with the retiring psychologist to ensure a smooth transition of clients and administrative responsibilities.
Administrative :
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years providing psychological services to children and adults.
