Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of litigation matters including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work collaboratively with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Tennessee
- 1-10 years of experience in litigation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
