We are working with a well known high volume injury firm in Chicago. They are seeking an experienced litigator who wants to move into a management position to join their legal team. The ideal candidate should have extensive litigation experience, has worked with injury law and has a proven ability to manage people, cases and grow a business.

Responsibilities
- Manage intake team and new client files and maintain an organized filing system.
- Create/maintain system for handling the intake of cases and successfully implement the system
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
- Work with other team managers to create synergy and an effective work flow
- Exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Enjoy problem-solving and demonstrate efficiency in multitasking.
- Maintain a positive attitude and actively participate in a team-oriented environment.
- Adapt to new responsibilities and wear multiple hats as required.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation and legal experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate in a team-based environment.
- Dependability and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Management experience a plus

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
