Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with case management, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Draft and file legal documents (briefs, pleadings, subpoenas, etc.).
- Conduct legal research and analyze case facts.
- Organize and review documents for discovery and production.
- Manage case calendars, deadlines, and billable time.
- Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience (real estate/business litigation preferred).
- Strong proficiency in California e-filing (state & federal) and calendaring.
- Prior experience supporting multiple attorneys.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
