- Experience: Minimum of 4 years as a litigation paralegal, with a proven track record of excellence.
- Job Stability: Demonstrated commitment to prior roles, with at least 3 years at multiple positions.
- Litigation Expertise: Defense experience in personal injury, product liability, insurance defense
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- A keen eye for detail, especially in preparing trial materials and handling intricate case details.
- Strong collaboration skills, working seamlessly with attorneys and team members on high-stakes cases.
- Proficiency in legal research, e-filing, and other paralegal tools and platforms.
