- Oversee processing and servicing of all loan types.
- Ensure accurate and timely loan disbursements and payments.
- Review and approve loan documentation.
- Team Management :
- Lead and develop loan operations staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans.
- Resolve team-related issues.
- Compliance and Reporting :
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports.
- Liaise with auditors during examinations.
- System Management :
- Manage loan processing software.
- Coordinate with IT for system updates.
- Develop efficient loan processing workflows.
- Customer Service :
- Ensure exceptional customer service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
