Grain Location Manager

One of Minnesota's most successful grain operations is looking to hire a Location Manager for a location in their region. Location Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage grain facility daily operations
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments of grain, have a good understanding of logistics and delivery
• Oversee a small team of operations
• Perform general maintenance and repairs of the facility

Location Manager Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in the grain/farming industry preferred
• Originating or grain merchandising experiance preferred
• High level of communication
• Self-motivated, ambitious and able to work independently
• Strong work ethic and customer service skills
• Row crop experiance-Need a sense of operations
• Mechanical ability

Location Manager Compensation:
