What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lumber Sales Rep position at GPAC?
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Rep in the Building Materials or Construction industry to add to our growing team! Preferred background in Lumber, Millwork, Doors, Frames, or Siding. Local connections in the Denver metro and surrounding area within the construction industry are a strong plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identifies pontential for new accounts while maintaining and growing current accounts.
- Develops customer accounts by maximizing sales and profitability.
- Establishes sale pricing based on legitimate market factors such as order size, account volume, established terms, etc.
- Presents estimates / proposals to new and existing customers and follows up to close sale.
- Ability to schedule customer meetings with flexibility .
- Provides outstanding customer service to customers and prospects.
- Participates in trade shows.
- Maintains up to date product knowledge and building practices.
- Maintains up to date selling skills and awareness of market conditions.
