Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on production machinery.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with plant engineers to optimize equipment performance and implement upgrades.
- Maintain organized records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, including conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics, ovens, boilers, and refrigeration systems (ammonia is a plus!).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
