What are the responsibilities and job description for the Master Scheduler position at gpac?
I am currently working with an established manufacturing company in northern South Dakota that is looking for a Master Scheduler. The duties and requirements of the position include, but not limited to : Prepare and maintain production forecast for the facility. Review and manage warehouse stocking levels. Use available planning tools to manage the forecast and production schedules. Establish and maintain internal production planning schedules. Work closely with Purchasing to monitor and insure material availability. Coordinate schedules with Customer Service and Sales to meet customer needs. APICS Certification preferred. 2 or 4 year degree preferred along with experience in forecasting, production planning, or purchasing in manufacturing required.
