What are the responsibilities and job description for the Master position at Gpac?
A top cannabis production company is looking to add a Master Grower to their team. Due to the recent growth there is an opportunity for a Master Grower to join a team of highly motivated staff.
Master Grower Functions :
- Oversee a team of highly motivated staff
- Develop and document standing operating procedures
- Oversee day to day operations of crop cycles
- Develop and implement a cultivation plan
- Managing budget to ensure production targets are met.
- manage inventory of cannabis production such as equipment and HVAC systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, horticulture, or related field
- Thorough understanding of Michigan Medical Cannabis Laws and regulations
- 5 years of experience leading a team
- Strong understanding of plant diseases, insects, fungai, as well as treatment options.
- willingness to stay on top of current production and harvesting trends.
