Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, ensuring timely and comprehensive assessments.
- Develop individualized care plans that meet each resident’s unique needs.
- Provide staff education on the RAI process and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct intake assessments to evaluate care needs and financial implications.
- Participate in Quality Assurance (QA) activities to maintain high standards of care.
- Support electronic medical records (EMR) development and utilization within the facility.
