Job Summary : The Manufacturing Program Manager oversees and coordinates all aspects of manufacturing programs, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, developing program plans, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Program Management :
- Lead and manage manufacturing programs from inception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Develop detailed program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Ensure alignment of program goals with organizational objectives and manufacturing strategies.
- Team Leadership :
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain personnel.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, providing guidance, support, and motivation to team members.
- Project Coordination :
- Manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery of program milestones and deliverables.
- Identify and address potential risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between all stakeholders, including internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Process Improvement :
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
- Analyze program performance metrics and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from objectives.
- Quality and Compliance :
