Office Manager / Front Office Support Responsibilities :
- Work Directly with all staff addressing customer needs and services in a fast-paced environment
- Provide customers with up-to-date information and answer customer questions regarding services and pricing
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests
- Answer office , handle customer requests, and connecting the customer to the appropriate department
- Upkeep of office files, and customer documents for accurate records
