Key Responsibilities :
- Operational Oversight :
- Assist in overseeing daily banking operations to ensure processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational processes.
- Enterprise Risk Assessment :
- Conduct and support enterprise risk assessments to identify potential risks impacting operations.
- Implement and monitor risk mitigation strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and internal risk management policies.
- Prepare risk assessment reports and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Team Collaboration and Support :
- Provide guidance and support to operations staff, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

- Act as a liaison between the operations team and other departments.
- Process Improvement :
