Operations Director
Currently working with a client that needs an Operations Director for a fleet, warehousing, and distribution company to play a critical role in driving the success of the supply chain by overseeing operations, optimizing processes, and aligning strategies with business objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or other related field
- 8 years of progressive experience in operations leadership within the wholesale distribution, or logistics industries, with a focus on fleet and warehouse management
- Lean methodologies, process optimization, and strategic leadership - Lean Black Belt certs a plus
- Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with a track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles, transportation regulations, and industry best practices.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and other relevant software tools.
