My client has an immediate opening for an Optometrist!

You'll be joining a highly collaborative group of eye care specialists offering a full range of services from comprehensive eye exams to the treatment and management of complex eye diseases.
This is well-established practice and recognized leader with outstanding clinical support, top of the line diagnostic equipment, and professional management team. The incoming Optometrist will work a 4-day week inheriting the patient load of a retiring provider. One Saturday morning per month will also be part of the schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye exams.
- Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular diseases.
- Prescribe corrective lenses.
- Provide pre and post-operative care to surgical patients.
- Promote healthy vision through counseling and educating patients.
- Maintain detailed patient records regarding prognosis, treatment plans, and progress.
- Provide appropriate response to eye care emergencies.
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree.
- Valid state license.
- Team player who prioritizes quality patient care and safety.
- Must be self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong sense of professionalism and personal ethics.

Salary : $170,000 - $225,000
