Outside Sales Representative
to join our team and expand our reach by building strong client relationships in the field.
Key Responsibilities : Field Prospecting : Travel to meet with builders, contractors, and designers to introduce our kitchen and bath products and services.Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong partnerships with industry professionals, understanding their needs and providing solutions that add value to their projects.Product Knowledge : Become an expert in our offerings, including cabinets and countertops, to effectively present them to clients.Sales Planning : Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to maximize growth and achieve sales targets.Client Consultations : Conduct on-site meetings to assess client needs, provide tailored recommendations, and assist with product selections.Follow-Through : Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.Market Insight : Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and provide market feedback.Qualifications :
3 years proven experience in outside sales, preferably in kitchen and bath design, home improvement, construction, or related industries.Must know 2020 cabinet softwareStrong understanding of the building and remodeling process and the needs of contractors and builders.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing time effectively in a field-based role.Proficient in CRM tools and sales software.What We Offer :
