Gpac is partnered with a leader in the ag equipment industry to hire a Parts Specialist their growing company! This individual will be the voice of the company providing exceptional customer service to the agriculture industry.
They will be responsible for taking customer orders while providing accurate answers to customers' questions and helping them find a solution to meet their needs.
Parts Specialist Responsibilities :
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Use their knowledge of agriculture equipment to help find solutions to customer needs
- Correctly identify parts and order as needed
Parts Specialist Requirements :
- Well-rounded knowledge of tractors, combines, planters, and tillage equipment
- A strong mechanical aptitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the internet
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
