Award winning Personal Injury law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to add to their growing team! Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in personal injury and/or general litigation and a passion for representing their clients.

Personal Injury Attorney Requirements
- 2 years experience in personal injury or general litigation preferred
- Experience in taking and/or defending depositions, discovery, drafting and/or arguing motions, trial preparation, settlement negotiations
- Trial experience a plus but not required
- Ability to run cases from intake to completion
- Exceptional oral & written communication skills required
- Strong academic background preferred from ABA approved law school
- Ability to work as a team player in a collegial office environment
- Licensed in TN in good standing
