Key Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, from intake to settlement or trial.
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Collaborate with experts, investigators, and medical professionals to strengthen cases.
- Must be a licensed attorney in the state of Florida.
- 4-10 years of experience in personal injury law preferred; defense-side experience will also be considered.
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and trial skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and work independently.
